Usage: CONNECT <serverX> [[<port>] <serverY>]
  Tells <serverY> to attempt to connect to <serverX> on port <port>
  with <port> defaulting to the default port for that server
  (probably 6667) and <serverY> defaulting to the local server.

  CONNECT is a server operator command.
