**To create a user**

The following ``create-user`` example creates a new user. ::

    aws elasticache create-user \
        --user-id user1 \
        --user-name myUser \
        --passwords mYnuUzrpAxXw2rdzx \
        --engine redis \
        --access-string "on ~app::* -@all +@read"
